Danny Elfman – composer, singer-songwriter, and former Oingo Boingo frontman – has announced a fall 2026 tour supporting a forthcoming new rock album, with full album details still to come.
Tour Kickoff & Key Dates
The run begins September 7 at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom, with stops in Detroit, Toronto, Boston, Silver Spring, New York, Philadelphia, and San Francisco, plus festival appearances at Shaky Knees (Atlanta), Louder Than Life (Louisville), and Aftershock (Sacramento).

What to Expect
Setlists will draw from the new album, 2021’s Big Mess, Oingo Boingo classics, and Elfman’s solo catalog. Indoor shows will be full rock sets, while outdoor/festival dates will add orchestra- and choir-backed selections from his film and TV scoring work.
The Band
Elfman is joined by Nili Brosh (Dethklok) on guitar, Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails, Guns N’ Roses) on guitar, Josh Freese (Nine Inch Nails, Foo Fighters) on drums, and Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle, Eagles of Death Metal) on bass.

A four-decade collaborator with Tim Burton, Elfman has scored over 100 films and earned four Oscar nominations, a Grammy, two Emmys, and multiple Saturn Awards. Recent work includes scores for Dracula: A Love Tale, Dead Man’s Wire, and Send Help, plus string arrangements and a music video appearance for A$AP Rocky’s Don’t Be Dumb, along with a joint SNL performance.
