Lizzy McAlpine has announced her headline run, “The Over Country Tour,” covering North America, the U.K., Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The tour starts in Adelaide, Australia, in February, with stops at Madison Square Garden in New York, the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, L’Olympia in Paris and London’s O2 Academy Brixton. McAlpine said, “We’re going over country!!!” and added that she’s eager to play the new songs live.

- Australia and New Zealand: Presale begins Tuesday, September 29, at 10 a.m., with public sales Wednesday, September 30, at 12 p.m.
- Europe and U.K.: Presale begins Wednesday, September 30, at 10 a.m., with public sales Friday, October 2, at 10 a.m.
- North America: Presale runs in two waves on Wednesday, September 30, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., meant to help real fans get tickets. Public sales begin Friday, October 2, at 10 a.m.

The announcement follows last week’s release of her fourth album, Angel (Indigo Blue/RCA Records), which has drawn praise from NYLON, Consequence, NPR’s All Songs Considered and Rolling Stone. Listen here. She made it over nearly two years in and around Los Angeles with longtime collaborators Mason Stoops and Taylor Mackall. It blends ’70s Laurel Canyon folk with modern indie and explores love, heartbreak, friendship and community.
The tour builds on the success of her 2024 album Older, which led to a sold-out international tour, including Radio City Music Hall and the Greek Theatre. Its deluxe edition, Older (and Wiser), produced the certified hits “Spring Into Summer,” “Pushing It Down and Praying” and “Staying.”
