Mumford & Sons have announced details of their forthcoming album, Delta, due out on November 16. This is the fourth release for the multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning band, and is out on Gentleman of the Road/Glassnote Records. The album was written collectively by the band, produced by Paul Epworth, and recorded at London’s The Church Studios. Listen to the album’s first single, “Guiding Light,” here.
To celebrate the upcoming album release and their new single, the band will perform “Guiding Light” on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” this Monday, September 24 with Marcus Mumford will also join the host as a guest on the couch. Additionally, the band will head out on a sixty-wide worldwide arena tour beginning later this year, and full tour details will be revealed on Oct. 4. Pre-order your own copy of Delta here.
It’s been ten years since the group has their debut, and this is their first release since 2015’s Wilder Mind, which debuted at number one in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands and Norway, including 2016’s collaborative Johannesberg EP. Their previous LPs are 2012’s Babel (2013 Grammy Album of the Year) and their 2009 debut, Sigh No More.
