Famed actress Candace Cameron Bure (Fuller House, Hallmark’s Aurora Teagarden Series), is hosting Hope Rising COVID-19 Benefit Concert presented by Facebook Live this Sunday, April 19 at 8 pm ET/5 pm PT, along with her famed brother Kirk Cameron. Both Candace and Kirk will host the concert from their homes and will feature the world’s biggest names in contemporary Christian music, with 100% of all charity benefits going to the non-profit humanitarian work of Samaritan’s Purse.
Candace is a featured star on Netflix’s “Fuller House,” a New York Times best-selling author, Emmy nominee, philanthropist, mother and wife who is a role model to women of all ages, reaching millions of fans. Viewers have watched Candace grow up D.J. Tanner in the television series “Full House,” and today see her iconic role on the original Netflix hit series, “Fuller House.” She has remained a staple in the homes and hearts of families across the country after her successful and Emmy-nominated time as a host on the TV series “The View,” “Dancing with the Stars,” and in her record-breaking Hallmark Channel Christmas and mystery movies.
Hope Rising is an inspirational COVID-19 benefit concert featuring performances by top artists such as Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Newsboys, Natalie Grant, Matthew West, For King and Country, and Gloria Gaynor from their sofas and home studios, as well as inspirational messages from Bishop T.D. Jakes, Kristen Chenoweth, Franklin Graham, Lysa TerKeurst and more. The Hope Rising concert event will uplift and inspire, uniting the audience through music and inspirational messages, and raise needed funds to help victims of COVID-19.

All performances and production work has been donated, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the charity, Samaritan’s Purse. Samaritan’s Purse has created mobile hospitals in Central Park as well as other hot-spots across America and the world, giving medical care to those affected by COVID-19.
