Johnnyswim, the acclaimed husband and wife singer-songwriter duo of Amanda Sudano-Ramirez and Abner Ramirez, confirms a run of fall headlining tour dates to celebrate new music coming later this fall, with more details to be announced soon. The shows kick off in Cincinnati, OH on September 30 and includes performances at New York’s Irving Plaza, Los Angeles’ Orpheum, Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheatre, Chicago’s Riv, and Boston’s House of Blues. Johnnyswim have released their first book, “Home Sweet Road: Finding Love, Making Music, and Building a Life One City at a Time,” on Convergent/Random House. Johnnyswim captured their family’s raw and intimate moments by sharing never-before-told stories, beautiful photos, recipes, and poetry from their life on tour with their three young children. The duo is also gearing up to premiere a new season of their television series as part of Gaines’ Magnolia Network launch on discovery+ July 15. The latest season of “Home on the Road with Johnnyswim,” which profiles Johnnyswim as they share the struggles and triumphs of life on tour with their kids, will also be available to stream on the platform. Johnnyswim met in Nashville in 2005 and quickly started writing songs together. They clicked musically and personally, beginning a romantic relationship alongside their creative connection. The couple married in 2009 and relocated to Los Angeles where they currently reside with their three children. Throughout their career, the group has released three full-length albums, a Christmas EP, and a live record, which has garnered over 500 million streams worldwide. They have toured extensively, headlining shows at iconic venues stateside and abroad.
