Grammy-nominated rock group Rival Sons have announced a North American headline tour beginning this spring. They will be joined by special guests Reignwolf, The War and Treaty and JJ Wilde on select dates. Kicking off on April 17, Rival Sons will perform at House of Blues in Anaheim, CA, with stops at the Ryman Theater in Nashville, TN on May 2, New York’s Paramount on May 13, NY’s Capitol Theater on May 14 and many more. Rival Sons have built a loyal fan base, stemming from lead singer Jay Buchanan’s magnetic voice, the band’s hard rock melodies and performances, and non-stop touring. Along with their spring dates, the band are also performing at Gasparilla Music Festival in Tampa, FL on March 17 (alongside Brandi Carlile and Portugal. The Man), including Panama City Beach, FL’s Sandjam on April 24 with Weezer, White Reaper and Strand of Oaks. After their US dates, they will head out on a six-week European, stadium tour with Aerosmith (full tour itinerary is listed below).
2019 was a breakout year for Rival Sons who received two nominations at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards for their Low Country Sound and Atlantic Records debut, Feral Roots, for Best Album. Their single from the album, “Too Bad,” scored a nomination for Best Rock Performance. Feral Roots was produced by GRAMMY Award-winner Dave Cobb at Nashville’s famed RCA Studio A, and the legendary Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Muscle Shoals, AL.
