Announced on August 25, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee, country singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Caroline Jones, who recently joined Zac Brown Band as its first and only female band member, officially announced her highly-anticipated third album, Homesite, to be released October 20. Written and co-produced by Jones, the eleven-track album will feature collaborations from accomplished artists that the singer-songwriter has worked with across her career, including GRAMMY Award-winning Zac Brown Band, Vince Gill, Alyssa Bonagura, and more. Homesite pre-order is available now here.
To celebrate the announcement, Jones released the next song from the tracklisting, “Serendipity,” a clever, light-hearted country-pop singalong that celebrates the surprises that love can bring. Shot as if it were a romcom, the cinematic official video brings the playful song to life as Jones takes on two opposite personas, a business-focused professional and a carefree spirit, coming to terms with the concept of love in a conference setting. Stream “Serendipity” here and watch the official video:
“I titled this album Homesite because it is about building – building my character by practicing grit and resilience, building a career that I am proud of, and now building a family of my own. Stake in the ground, this is my Homesite,” says Jones.
Homesite will feature eleven tracks that embody grit and resilience, and in true Caroline fashion, will feature a wide range of influences from Country to Pop to Bluegrass. Jones recently released the uplifting single “Million Little Bandaids” featuring Zac Brown Band, marking her first official collaboration with the group since joining as a full-time member last Fall. About Caroline Jones
Lauded by Rolling Stone as “an ambitious, entrepreneurial guitar heroine primed to bring back the pop-country glory of the Nineties,” Caroline Jones is an emerging country singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose musicianship has led her to become a full-time band member of Zac Brown Band and to building out an impressive solo career, co-producing alongside industry veterans Brandon Hood and Ric Wake. Jones recently released her five-track EP, Superpower, of which she penned and produced all but one cover, and is gearing up to release her third, full-length studio album this fall with star-studded features from Zac Brown Band, Vince Gill, and Alyssa Bonagura. The singer-songwriter’s sophomore album, Antipodes (November 2021), debuted at #4 on the iTunes Country Chart and its foot-stomping lead single, “Come In (But Don’t Make Yourself Comfortable),” marked her first Top 30 country radio hit. Currently, Jones is continuing to further her solo career with over 100 headline shows and numerous key festival performances, while also touring with ZBB for her fifth consecutive amphitheater and stadium tour. Caroline’s dedication to her craft has led to previous collaborations and tours alongside the biggest names in the industry, including Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett, The Eagles, OneRepublic, Carrie Underwood, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, Trisha Yearwood, Jake Owen, Vince Gill, and more.
